We believe church must be completely centered on Jesus and His glory. Dustin Benge puts it this way: "The church receives all of its life from Christ and has no life apart from Him." What that means for leadership is this: we believe the church ought to follow the example of how Jesus led and in all aspects of how we lead, seek His glory and His alone.
